Jeff Weiner sends fewer emails

The CEO of the world’s popular LinkedIn says that he only sends fewer emails to receive fewer emails in a LinkedIn post. He also mentioned that he felt relieved when his inbox got lighter. Despite the emails, it was the thread that was worrying him. So, he started to write emails only when it is necessary. As a result, his inbox was navigable with fewer emails. So he sticks to this rule.

Brian Chesky creates better lists

Being the CEO of Airbnb, he starts each morning with a standard to-do list.
He says in an episode of Masters of Scale that he makes a list of everything he wants to accomplish that day. And be as exhaustive as possible. He groups his day-to-day tasks and prioritizes it. Then, comes up with one action that can take care of the rest. He says “It’s like a game of leverage.”
All you need to do is repeat the same and convert 20 tasks into 3 major tasks. So, If you do three big tasks, the other 20 things will end up as outcomes of it.
